Our guide Daniela Moretti was superb, so knowledgeable and professional and always helpful. Etruscans, Romans, Barbarians, medieval, renaissance, miracles and saints and Popes, truffles, pigeon, and sagrantino wine, the festival of the cheri in Gubbio which clearly beat Pamplona's bulls. All a bit of a tumble of history which we will get straight when we get home. So thank you for organising the itinerary which showed us part of Italy we'd never seen before…

The opportunity to visit family-owned truffle farms and participate in the hunt was a special experience.
